Key Responsibilities- Provide Nursing Care: Administer medications, record vital signs, and provide basic care to patients as assigned.
- Collaborate with Healthcare Team: Work closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Assist with Diagnostic Procedures: Prepare patients for and assist with diagnostic tests and procedures as needed.
- Support Patient Education: Educate patients and their families on health care instructions and provide support to promote healthy outcomes.
- Participate in Unit Management: Assist with unit management tasks and assume charge of the unit as assigned.
- LPN License: Current LPN license in good standing.
- Experience: Previous experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a rehabilitation center.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively in a team environment.
