Job Summary

As a Guest Arrival Expert at JW Marriott Scottsdale Camelback Inn Resort & Spa, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences from arrival to departure. This role requires a high level of initiative, flexibility, and attention to detail to ensure that every guest feels welcome and valued.

Key Responsibilities

• Process operational needs and address guest requests in a timely and professional manner
• Complete reports and share information about the local area to enhance the guest experience
• Move about the space to deliver services and ensure a seamless guest experience
• Maintain confidentiality and protect company assets at all times
• Uphold quality standards and ensure uniform, personal appearance, and communications are professional

Requirements

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
• No related work experience required
• No supervisory experience required
• License or certification not required
