Architectural CAD Specialist

Coburn's Exclusive is seeking a skilled Architectural AutoCAD Designer/Modeler to contribute to our innovative projects. We specialize in custom-designed architectural metals, delivering exceptional solutions to clients nationwide. The ideal candidate will transform concepts into precise, technically accurate drawings and fabrication plans within designated timelines. The role primarily involves working with both 3D and 2D AutoCAD, with a strong emphasis on 3D modeling to create comprehensive project documentation.

• Utilize AutoCAD software to produce detailed architectural drawings.
• Gather and verify measurements with a high degree of accuracy.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure designs meet project specifications.
• Adapt drawings in response to design modifications and assess impacts on related construction elements.
• Maintain effective communication throughout the design process.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience with 3D AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in spreadsheet applications such as Excel and Google Sheets.
• Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• Familiarity with Autodesk software or similar 3D modeling tools.
• Ability to interpret architectural drawings and fabrication documents.
• Basic understanding of construction site safety and protocols.
• Willingness to learn new software tools as needed.

This position requires authorization to work in the United States and a valid driver's license. Candidates will undergo a background check prior to employment.
