Our Security Officers are entrusted with sensitive information and given the responsibility to protect classified information and personnel. As an Armed Cleared Security Officer, you\u2019ll receive specialized training in site-specific security protocols associated with your clearance level, allowing for skill development and professional growth in the security field.

Responsibilities:

* Provide high-quality security services, safeguarding personnel, property, and information with professionalism
* Conduct patrols within and around the facility on foot, bicycle, or vehicle to ensure the protection of people, assets, and sensitive or classified information
* Greet guests and employees and escort visitors and contractors to secure entry and exit points
* Follow site-specific performance manuals and post orders; reporting safety concerns, security breaches, and unusual circumstances via written and oral communication to client and/or other security personnel
* Respond to and assess security alarms or emergency alarms
* Act as a first responder in emergency situations

Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience
* Must possess a Department of Defense (DoD) position appropriate level security clearance (national security eligibility determinations take into account a person\u2019s stability, trustworthiness, reliability, discretion, character, honesty, and judgment)
* Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
* Must possess one or more of the following:

\u2022 Minimum of three (3) years of security experience on a Department of Defense-cleared site
\u2022 Prior military experience

\u2022 Minimum of 21 years of age (or higher if required by the state)
\u2022 Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
\u2022 Exceptional customer service skills
\u2022 Intermediate computer skills to operate innovative, wireless technology at client-specific sites
