Key Responsibilities

• Organize the Garde Manger Station with all essential items for service.
• Prepare and present all dishes following Bern's Steak House specifications.
• Ensure the quality of all ingredients and finished products.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the station throughout the shift.
