Role Responsibilities
The Host-Carryout team plays a crucial role in ensuring a positive first impression for our guests. Responsibilities include:

  • Warmly welcoming and seating guests upon arrival.
  • Managing phone inquiries, taking reservations, and relaying messages.
  • Maintaining accurate guest counts and wait times.
  • Processing carryout orders, ensuring accuracy, packaging, and payment collection.
  • Assisting with coat check duties as needed.
