We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a COG Financial Planning Specialist. This role will play a critical part in our finance transformation effort, focusing on the automation of routine tasks to streamline financial processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop key management information reports (top-line reporting, P&Ls) to inform business decisions
  • Analyze and develop assigned parts of the monthly executive reporting deck to ensure timely and accurate insights
  • Support finance transformation processes by identifying and developing automation solutions through TM1, Alteryx, and PAW
  • Promote the use of technology throughout the COG Finance organization to drive efficiency and productivity
Qualifications
  • Analytical Thinking: Define problems, collect data, and use logic to arrive at conclusions or decisions
  • Initiative: Take ownership of projects, seize opportunities, and drive results-oriented work
  • Results Orientation: Execute plans, drive for results, and take accountability for outcomes
  • Detail Oriented: Ensure accuracy and quality in executive-level reporting
Preferred Skills and Experience
  • Strong technical foundation with Microsoft Office, specifically advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Understanding of relational databases and query creation
  • Experience with Alteryx and ability to maintain existing scripts
  • Effective communication skills to convey results verbally and in writing
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. Chubb offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
