Agriculture Laborer salary: $45,000 - $65,000 per year (estimated).
Job Responsibilities:- Load and unload grain, agronomy, and feed products
- Perform scheduled maintenance and repairs
- Monitor and maintain grain quality, mix/load fertilizer/chemical products, and assist in loading trains
The successful candidate will have 1+ years of experience in Operations and/or Business Operations, with ability to operate machinery such as loaders, conveyors, tractors, and track mobile.
A high school diploma or GED is preferred, along with CDL license or ability to attain one with Hazmat endorsement.
The ideal candidate will be able to lift 75 pounds, climb rail cars, ladders, stairs, and bins, and work in dust and adverse weather conditions and temperatures.
