Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Flex Operator to join our team at Wicked Staffing Solutions. As a Flex Operator, you will be responsible for performing a variety of production tasks, including bonding and assembly of high-quality products, filling, packing, and inspecting in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate production equipment, ensuring optimal efficiency and quality.
  • Perform general cleaning of machines and work area, maintaining a clean and safe environment.
  • Inspect work in process to documented standards, identifying and communicating non-conformities and/or quality problems.
  • Maintain time and production documentation, ensuring accurate records and reports.
  • Work collaboratively with the QA Department to resolve quality issues and improve processes.
  • Perform periodic checks on equipment and solve problems as detected, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
  • Responsible for operating machine at its optimal efficiency, meeting production quotas and quality standards.
  • Follow company safety rules and regulations, including PPE usage, and inform management of unsafe conditions or concerns.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and six months or more of related experience, technical school, and/or training.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office products, ERP or MRP systems, and ability to work with others in a team environment.
  • Manual dexterity, good eye/hand coordination, and basic math skills.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 20 pounds, and work in a fast-paced production environment.
