Focus Staff is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Travel MRI Technologist to join our team. As a Travel MRI Technologist, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients and healthcare professionals in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Job Summary:We are looking for a qualified MRI Technologist to work on a travel assignment in Saint Louis, Missouri. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in magnetic resonance imaging and excellent communication skills. As a Travel MRI Technologist, you will be responsible for operating MRI equipment, performing patient studies, and ensuring the highest level of patient care.
Responsibilities:- Operate MRI equipment to produce high-quality images of patients' bodies for diagnostic purposes.
- Perform patient studies according to established protocols, including placing coils and adjusting equipment settings.
- Interview patients to explain MRI procedures and address any concerns they may have.
- Ensure patient and staff safety by following established protocols and procedures.
- Orient new hires and train MRI Technologists, students, and trainees.
- Two years of experience as a MRI Technologist, with a strong background in magnetic resonance imaging.
- License in the required state.
- BLS certification.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
