Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in ground-up multi-level construction projects to represent the general contractor on-site. The ideal candidate will have a track record of successfully managing complex projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on-time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent the general contractor on-site, managing all aspects of the ground-up multi-level construction project from pre-construction to completion.
  • Collaborate with the owner's representative, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and quality control plans.
  • Manage and supervise the on-site construction team, ensuring all work is completed to the highest quality standards.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met on schedule and within budget.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and other legal requirements.
  • Attend regular meetings with the owner's representative and other stakeholders to provide updates on project progress, budget, and schedule.
  • Monitor and control project costs, including labor, material, and equipment expenses, to ensure projects are delivered within budget.
  • Provide regular progress reports to senior management and stakeholders, identifying any potential issues or delays and recommending solutions to overcome them.
  • Manage the closeout process, ensuring all necessary permits, approvals, and project documentation are obtained and properly stored.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering projects that meet or exceed their expectations.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience as a Project Manager with a focus on ground-up multi-level construction projects.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements related to commercial construction.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex construction projects from pre-construction to completion, on-time and within budget.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
