Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Material Handler to join our team at Brakebush Brothers in Irving, TX. As a Material Handler, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production line by handling, packing, and palletizing products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Packing out finished products into boxes (6 boxes/1 minute of 40 lbs. &/or 8 boxes/1min of 30 lbs.)
  • Palletizing finished boxed product 40 to 50 boxes per pallet every 5 minutes
  • Movement of pallets to and from designated areas
  • Operating and working rapidly in this position and practicing all safety rules and regulations
  • Communicating with management when there are concerns with production, safety, and employee relations
  • Performing other related duties as assigned to support production demands

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Entry-level experience
  • Ability to stand and walk up to 8 hours per day
  • Ability to frequently bend, twist, and lift 30 lbs.
  • Must be able and available to work overtime as required
