Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must have:

  • A graduate degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program
  • Current licensure as a Physician Assistant in the state of Indiana
  • BLS Provider certification within 1 month of hire date or job transfer date
Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience as a Physician Assistant in a surgical specialty practice is preferred.
