Paradies Lagardère Travel Retail is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Zone Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our locations, ensuring that our customers receive a world-class experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service:
- Model and promote our company's service standards and behaviors with every customer interaction, resolving escalated customer and associate inquiries in accordance with our policies and procedures.
- Train and perform all register and cash handling functions as outlined in our Standard Operating Procedures.
- Operations:
- Facilitate the opening and closing of stores, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Direct the replenishment of merchandise and supplies, maintaining a well-organized stockroom and participating in receiving functions.
- Ensure that store merchandising standards are consistently executed according to our company guidelines.
- Coordinate and monitor team resources to maximize sales and service potential.
- Resolve basic IT and register issues and escalate as necessary.
- Ensure a safe working environment, inspecting and correcting work areas on a regular basis and reporting all workplace injuries and concerns immediately.
- Prepare for and participate in inventories, verifying high-risk counts.
- Financial/Business:
- Achieve sales goals by adhering to our company performance metrics, implementing promotional programs, and executing special events.
- Communicate daily with the team, looking for additional ways to drive business through product, processes, or people.
- People/Leadership:
- Serve as the Manager on Duty, providing leadership during assigned shifts.
- Direct, coach, and train associates in their daily job assignments.
- Represent and support the company by fostering strong business relationships within the airport community.
- Monitor and address performance issues in a timely manner through a partnership with the AGM or GM.
- Contribute feedback on associate reviews and provide input on associate counseling.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to deliver exceptional results. You will also need to have a strong understanding of our company's policies and procedures, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
