We are seeking a dedicated Analyst of Growth and Market Analytics to assist in steering the strategic initiatives and execution of growth projects within our Outpatient Division. This multifaceted role involves managing growth initiatives, utilizing data to address business inquiries, and supporting the ongoing optimization of our location portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and articulate new growth opportunities through market intelligence and analytical support.
  • Collaborate with leadership to facilitate incoming growth prospects and deliver decision-making resources.
  • Conduct analyses related to program positioning, market dynamics, competitor activities, and trends in volume/market share.
  • Develop and refine pro forma files to assess potential growth avenues.
  • Oversee the complete lifecycle of new initiatives from conception to approval.
  • Perform analyses of market referral sources and competitive landscapes.

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 3+ years of progressive experience in business.
  • 1-3 years of experience in strategic planning, consulting, or corporate development.
  • 1-3 years of experience in data analytics or related professional fields.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience within the healthcare industry.
  • Background in financial planning or modeling.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and similar analytical tools.
