  • Conduct thorough diagnostics and inspections of work orders from commercial properties, with expertise in electrical, framing, drywall, painting, minor plumbing, and occasional roof inspections.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of satisfaction among clients and stakeholders.
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to company safety protocols and regulations.
  • Supervise and assist onsite personnel and subcontractors, ensuring seamless project execution and high-quality workmanship.
  • Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients, fostering strong relationships and effective communication.
  • Maintain high standards of workmanship, adhering to original plans and specifications.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work with tools and equipment.
  • Healthcare/Medical construction experience preferred.
  • Willingness to relocate temporarily to current job sites.
  • Strong leadership and negotiation skills.
  • Deadline and detail-oriented.
  • Carpentry skills.

Salary negotiable based on experience and skills. Truck allowance available.
