We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Construction Field Superintendent to oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation for Advanced Systems, Inc.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of commercial construction projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget and quality standards.
- Conduct thorough diagnostics and inspections of work orders from commercial properties, with expertise in electrical, framing, drywall, painting, minor plumbing, and occasional roof inspections.
- Provide exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of satisfaction among clients and stakeholders.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to company safety protocols and regulations.
- Supervise and assist onsite personnel and subcontractors, ensuring seamless project execution and high-quality workmanship.
- Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients, fostering strong relationships and effective communication.
- Maintain high standards of workmanship, adhering to original plans and specifications.
Requirements:
- Ability to work with tools and equipment.
- Healthcare/Medical construction experience preferred.
- Willingness to relocate temporarily to current job sites.
- Strong leadership and negotiation skills.
- Deadline and detail-oriented.
- Carpentry skills.
Salary negotiable based on experience and skills. Truck allowance available.
