Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Regional Van Truckload driver to join our team. This role offers a unique blend of consistent freight, predictable power lanes, and improved planning.

As a Regional Van Truckload driver, you will be dispatched in advance, allowing for maximum drive time and less downtime. Our 95% no-touch, mostly drop-and-hook freight ensures that you can stay focused on the road.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $980-$1,200 weekly, depending on experience and performance. Additionally, you will receive:

  • Mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving
  • Weekly performance pay
  • A sign-on bonus of up to $4,000 for experienced drivers or $2,000 for inexperienced drivers, paid in 12 monthly installments
  • Paid orientation
  • Paid time off after six months, plus six days of holiday pay per year
  • Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year
Requirements and Qualifications

To be eligible for this role, you must:

  • Hold a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
  • Live within 75 miles of Cedar Rapids, IA
