Senior IT Infrastructure Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our End User Infrastructure, Collaboration & Security team at Nexus Dynamics. As a Senior IT Infrastructure Manager, you will be responsible for steering and promoting the team through the development and implementation of efficient processes.

• Professional and disciplinary leadership of the team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services and solutions.
• Development and implementation of efficient processes to drive team performance and productivity.
• Continuous development of our dynamic cloud infrastructure, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Internal contact person for cloud-related topics, evaluating the feasibility of new requirements and providing expert advice.
• Development and potential development of employees in line with Nexus Dynamics' goals and objectives.

• Completed degree in IT or equivalent qualification.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Active Directory.
• Leadership skills, creativity, and enthusiasm for existing and new topics.
• Good knowledge of English and German.
