Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Neuro Telemetry Unit at Steward Health Care. As a Registered Nurse in this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care to adult and geriatric patients with real or potential life-threatening illnesses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver professional and technical nursing care to patients in the Neuro Telemetry Unit
  • Monitor, interpret, and intervene for patients experiencing cardiac arrhythmia
  • Perform nursing techniques for the comfort and well-being of patients
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to provide age/developmentally appropriate care
  • Assist in planning, supervising, and instructing Patient Care Assistants
Requirements
  • Current Florida RN License
  • Education: Technical School/2 years college/Associates Degree
  • Current BLS Certification
  • Current ACLS Certification
  • Neuro Experience preferred
  • Basic Arrhythmia skills
  • Completion of a Telemetry/Critical Care course preferred
  • Computer Skills
