About the Role

We are looking for a registered nurse with excellent leadership skills to coordinate and oversee the delivery of patient care services in our department. As a Clinical Nurse Coordinator Med Surg, you will be responsible for ensuring that patients receive high-quality care in a safe and efficient manner.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the daily operations of the Medicine and Surgery Department.
  • Coordinate and oversee the delivery of patient care services.
  • Ensure that patients receive high-quality care in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care transitions.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required by regulatory agencies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field.
  • Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a leadership role.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification.
What We Offer
