You will also be responsible for negotiating with external partners and stakeholders to ensure that our software solutions meet their requirements.

We are looking for a leader who can balance the trade-offs between successful on-time delivery and long-term maintenance and code maintainability. You will need to have a keen mind for breaking down complexity into simple designs with clear boundaries and APIs that can stand the test of time.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • 10+ years of experience in software development, with 5+ years in a lead role; proven ability to drive complex app development
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality software products on time and within budget in a startup culture and fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with software architecture, design patterns, security, and performance
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to partner with internal and external engineers to build a solution that meets the requirements while adhering to strict latency and security specifications.
  • Ability to work in a remote team environment, with experience developing apps with complex workflow and a variety of personas interacting with the application.
