Sprinter Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled Sprinter Technician to join our team at Group 1 Auto. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction by providing efficient and accurate repairs and maintenance on Mercedes-Benz Sprinter vehicles.

• Perform system diagnostics and full automotive troubleshooting and testing
• Complete repairs and maintenance on Sprinter vehicles in accordance with dealership and factory standards
• Road-test vehicles to ensure quality work
• Maintain a clean and organized shop area
• Communicate directly with service advisors regarding the status of service work
• Continuously learn new technical information and techniques

• Previous Sprinter Van Technician experience
• National Institute of Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification(s) or certification(s) in: brakes, electrical/electronic systems or engine performance preferred
• Strong focus on achieving a great customer service experience
