Groundskeeper

Foxconn Industrial Internet is seeking a skilled Groundskeeper to maintain the company's landscaping, gardens, parking lots, and other property. The ideal candidate will have experience in lawn maintenance, gardening, snow plowing, and general labor duties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain the appearance of the company's grounds and facilities
• Perform lawn maintenance, including mowing, trimming, and edging
• Assist with gardening and landscaping tasks, including planting and pruning
• Operate snow plows and other equipment to clear snow and ice from parking lots and walkways
• Perform general labor duties, including cleaning and maintenance of facilities

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1+ years of experience in groundskeeping or a related field
• Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy equipment and materials
• Valid driver's license and safe driving record
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
