McKenzie-Willamette Medical Center is seeking a skilled LPN to join our team as a Wound Care Specialist. The ideal candidate will have current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of Oregon and current BLS certification. The LPN will function as a member of the Patient Care team, collecting data regarding a patient's status and recording objective and subjective data in an accurate and timely manner. The LPN will assist the RN in planning and coordinating care, implementation of treatments and interventions, and evaluations of aspects of patient care. The LPN will utilize current standards of practice and follow organizational and departmental policies and procedures using a high level of professional expertise. Key responsibilities include:
* Collecting data regarding a patient's status
* Recording objective and subjective data in an accurate and timely manner
* Assisting the RN in planning and coordinating care
* Implementing treatments and interventions
* Evaluating aspects of patient care
