As a Family Support Worker with the Family Access Center, you will play a critical role in supporting families to achieve their goals for safety, permanency, and well-being. Your responsibilities will include:
- Working closely with families to identify and address barriers to reunification;
- Providing transportation as needed;
- Assisting families to access resources and support services;
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent;
- At least one year of experience working in human services;
- A valid driver's license;
