- Develop and implement action plans for claim resolution, assessing coverage and determining compensability under Workers Compensation.
- Collaborate with internal and external resources to coordinate medical treatment and achieve positive outcomes.
- Manage claim inventories, prioritize tasks, and maintain accurate records.
- Bachelor's Degree or 2 years of work or customer service experience.
- Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
