Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate, evaluate, and negotiate claims to ensure fair and timely resolutions.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, injured employees, medical providers, and legal counsel to ensure seamless claim handling.
  • Develop and implement action plans for claim resolution, assessing coverage and determining compensability under Workers Compensation.
  • Collaborate with internal and external resources to coordinate medical treatment and achieve positive outcomes.
  • Manage claim inventories, prioritize tasks, and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or 2 years of work or customer service experience.
  • Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
