Job Responsibilities
  • Create an outstanding optical experience for guests by bringing together their knowledge, experiences, and personality with their needs and our high-quality fashion brands.
  • Consistently deliver sales plan and company objectives through cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones.
  • Utilize optical prescriptions to recommend specific lenses and lens coatings, assist patients in selecting frames, and coordinate frames with optical measurements.
  • Participate in a positive store environment, fostering strong, professional relationships with peers, management, doctors, and support staff (Target Host partners).
