About the Role:

MLee Healthcare Staffing and Recruiting, Inc is seeking a skilled Surgical Technologist to join our team. As a Surgical Technologist, you will assist with surgical procedures under the guidance of surgeons, registered nurse(s), or additional O.R. personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepares and knows the specific uses of equipment, instrumentation, and supplies used for surgical procedures
  • Gather, check, and prepare supplies and equipment needed for surgical procedures
  • Maintain the highest standard of sterile technique during the procedure(s)
  • Demonstrate accountability, professionalism, openness, receptive to change, creativity, and innovative

Educational and Licensure Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technician program
  • AHA BLS certified (within 30 days of hire)
  • Current Ohio state Surgical Technologist Registration
