Job Summary:The Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN is responsible for supervising nursing personnel to deliver nursing care and within scope of practice coordinates care delivery, which will ensure that resident's needs are met in accordance with professional standards of practice through physician orders, facility policies and procedures, and federal, state and local guidelines.
Responsibilities:- Supervise nursing personnel to deliver nursing care
- Coordinate care delivery to ensure resident's needs are met
- Implement facility policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with federal, state and local guidelines
- 2-3 years clinical experience
- Gerontological nursing experience, including dementia population, preferred
