Job Overview

MOKA Coffee is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused baristas to join our team in the Rochester, MN area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve a variety of coffee-based beverages, teas, and other drinks according to established recipes and customer preferences.
  • Ensure consistent quality in every cup, paying attention to details such as temperature, presentation, and taste.
  • Provide excellent customer service, greeting and assisting customers with their orders, and offering recommendations.
  • Operate coffee equipment, such as espresso machines and grinders, while following safety and sanitation procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including regular cleaning of equipment and restocking supplies.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and maintain a positive work environment.
