Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the emergency department, including budgeting, resource allocation, and performance management.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including physicians, administrators, and community partners.

Requirements:

  • Education and Certifications: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree, active Illinois RN license, and certifications in AHA BLS, ACLS, and PALS.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in emergency nursing, with at least 1 year of management experience.
