The office receptionist plays a crucial role in supporting the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and is tasked with a variety of clerical duties and general office assistance. This position involves managing incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel, handling mail distribution, and overseeing the flow of correspondence, along with other necessary clerical responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage telephone communications and direct callers to the correct associate.
- Welcome guests, clients, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Take and relay messages for various staff members.
- Keep front desk information and contact details current.
- Ensure the front desk and reception area are well-maintained and organized.
- Assist other departments with tasks as needed, coordinated through the manager.
- Provide callers with essential information, including company details and directions.
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, while maintaining and routing publications.
- Coordinate the collection and delivery of express mail services.
- Support with additional clerical tasks such as photocopying, faxing, filing, and ordering supplies.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional phone etiquette.

Education and Experience:

- License/Certification: None required.
