Our team is focused on delivering excellent customer service and support to our clients, who include large brand name companies. We are seeking an IT support specialist to join our team in a stable and growing Alabama-based company.

The successful candidate will have experience working in a high-urgency culture type firm with solid proven help desk support skills, including desktop support and remote support. Strong professional articulate oral communication skills are also essential.

A typical day for this role will involve prioritizing phone and email end-user requests, technical issue resolution due to user error or computer/PC error, and documenting user issues and logging/tracking/documenting support calls-emails along with resolutions and current status.
