About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Daycare Center Manager to join our team at Infinity Ventures. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for the overall management of our municipal daycare center, ensuring the highest standards of care and education for our children.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership and Management: Provide strategic leadership and management to the daycare center, ensuring the effective implementation of our educational and care mandate.
• Pedagogical and Organizational Management: Oversee the pedagogical and organizational management of the facility, including the development and updating of the pedagogical concept.
• Staff Guidance and Development: Provide guidance and support to pedagogical staff, promoting their professional development and well-being.
• Quality Management and Public Relations: Ensure the highest standards of quality management and public relations, fostering positive relationships with families, institutions, and the community.
• Collaboration and Representation: Collaborate with families, institutions, and the sponsor, representing the daycare center in a professional and respectful manner.

Requirements:

• Education and Qualifications: Completion of training as an educator or a pedagogical education/studies (e.g. social pedagogy).
• Skills and Competencies: Current, well-founded knowledge of social pedagogy and legal framework conditions (NKitaG), leadership, management, and interdisciplinary communication skills, willingness and ability for self-initiative and self-management, innovativeness, and interest in quality management and further education.
• Experience: Experience as a manager or deputy manager in a daycare center is advantageous.
