Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership
  • Foster a positive team culture and contribute to a supportive work environment.
  • Oversee a team of Restore Nurses by conducting monthly chart reviews, facilitating regular team meetings, and onboarding new nursing staff.
  • Build relationships with clients to cultivate a welcoming wellness community.
  • Educate clients on the benefits of IV Drips and IM Shots, enhancing their understanding of our services.
  • Communicate policy updates and serve as a liaison between corporate management and the nursing team.
  • Manage nursing operations, ensuring compliance with established processes and procedures.
Operational Duties
  • Participate in corporate-led nursing meetings on a monthly basis.
  • Administer IV Drip Therapy and Intramuscular Injections to provide essential vitamins and minerals.
  • Engage with potential clients to encourage participation in our wellness therapies.
  • Conduct Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy sessions.
  • Utilize blood testing services to assist clients in optimizing their health.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to order necessary supplies and nutrients.
  • Promote membership and medical services tailored to client needs.
  • Document client interactions using electronic medical records.
  • Address client inquiries using the Restore Nursing Reference Guide under the guidance of the Medical Director and licensed Advanced Practice Providers.
  • Report any client issues or adverse effects to the medical compliance team.
  • Provide exceptional customer service alongside therapeutic communication.
  • Engage in community outreach and participate in special projects.
  • Report directly to the Restore General Manager.
Qualifications
  • Must be a licensed Registered Nurse (RN).
  • Minimum of two years of nursing experience in an acute care environment (ER, ICU, Med-Surg, or similar).
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is required.
  • Demonstrated leadership or management experience.
  • At least one year of experience in administering injections.
  • Proficient in using electronic medical records for documentation.
  • Ability to work effectively with a diverse clientele while maintaining a non-judgmental approach.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment while also being self-sufficient.
  • Commitment to adhering to all policies and procedures, understanding the importance of medical compliance.
