About the Role

As a Physical Therapist at Engage Senior Therapy, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to seniors in our partner Assisted Living Facility in Windham, NH. With a focus on geriatric care, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to create personalized treatment plans that promote optimal mobility, function, and quality of life for our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Determine appropriate care and treatment for a geriatric population at a wide range of functional levels
  • Maximize the quality of life and movement potential within the spheres of promotion, prevention, diagnosis, treatment or intervention, and rehabilitation
  • Create and implement unique treatment plans for patients' current level of functioning as well as potential improvement
  • Demonstrate superior clinical judgment and work autonomously in a collaborative and supportive team environment

About You:

  • Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited school of physical therapy
  • Active or pending state license to practice physical therapy
  • Experience or interest in a geriatric physical therapy setting
  • Passion for delivering quality, evidence-based patient care
  • Superior customer service and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to manage and interact positively with a diverse patient population of all ages
