Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care to behavioral health patients in accordance with established policies and procedures. Key responsibilities include:
- Performing initial and ongoing bio-psychosocial assessments according to accepted standards of nursing practice;
- Developing a nursing plan of care consistent with the master treatment plan;
- Participating in treatment team conferences to assist in planning and revising goals, objectives, and interventions appropriate to the age-related and problem-specific needs of each patient;
- Implementing the nursing plan of care for assigned patients and conducting group therapy sessions;
Requirements for this position include licensure as a Registered Nurse from the Tennessee Board of Nursing or current home state license for multi-state license recognition. A Bachelor's degree in Nursing is preferred, but not required.
