Sales Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to join our team at United Methodist Communities. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a critical role in facilitating the pre and post-sales process, ensuring that all records and files are complete and updated, and the move-in process is timely and well-organized.

• Facilitate the pre and post-sales process, ensuring all records and files are complete and updated.
• Assist with the collection of deposits and fees.
• Establish and process prospect and resident files, paperwork, and move-in packets.
• Notify necessary staff of move-in or move-out, check apartments for readiness, and maintain apartment inventory lists.
• Enter residents into the database.
• Assist with special events to generate leads and prospects.
• Process referrals as required and process contracts and move-in paperwork in a timely fashion.
• Maintain a professional, inviting atmosphere in the sales office.
• Assist in ensuring the satisfaction of current and prospective residents.
• Communicate effectively on the telephone and in person.
