Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Hallway Healthcare Inc. in Marble Falls, Texas.
Job Summary:
The successful candidate will provide high-quality patient care, work collaboratively with our team, and maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
- Conduct thorough assessments, develop care plans, and implement interventions to promote patient well-being.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records, adhering to regulatory requirements and company policies.
Requirements:
- Graduated from an accredited school of professional nursing.
- Current Texas RN/LPN License.
- Current BLS Certificate.

Environmental Elements:
Employee works in an office environment sometimes with moderate noise levels, controlled temperature conditions, and sometimes travels to patients' homes where they may have direct exposure to hazardous substances. Employees may interact with upset staff and/or public and private representatives in interpreting and enforcing departmental policies and procedures.
Employee will have to travel to a variety of patient homes and perform in conditions that vary greatly depending upon the client's home environment. Some homes will be clean, neat, and maintained at a comfortable temperature. Other homes may be cluttered, dirty, with an uncomfortable temperature.
