Job Responsibilities:
As a Labor and Delivery Travel Nurse RN, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care using evidence-based practices and adhering to hospital policies and procedures. You will work collaboratively with the healthcare team to provide individualized care to patients and their families. Your duties will include assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and evaluating patient outcomes. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient care and communicating effectively with the healthcare team. Additionally, you will be expected to participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and hospital policies.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a graduate degree in nursing and current unrestricted RN licensure in the state. You will also need to have previous work experience as an RN and be able to lift up to 80 pounds using proper techniques. You will be expected to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to prioritize tasks effectively.

Workplace Conditions:
As a Labor and Delivery Travel Nurse RN, you will be exposed to frequent lifting, bending, and reaching. You may also be required to stand and walk for extended periods of time. You will be expected to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow infection control protocols to prevent the spread of infectious diseases.
