Sales Outfitter

The Sales Outfitter - Firearms is a key member of our retail team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and sales expertise in firearms and related products. This role requires a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, product knowledge, and teamwork.

• Provide legendary customer service, ensuring a positive and productive shopping experience for all customers.
• Support sales efforts by identifying customer needs, making product recommendations, and promoting programs such as CLUB membership and in-store pickup.
• Ensure accurate completion of 4473 forms and maintain product knowledge through ongoing training.
• Organize and maintain merchandise displays, replenish stock, and maintain a clean and well-stocked work area.
• Stay up-to-date on advertised sales, pricing, and promotions.
• Assist with seasonal floor merchandise moves and other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0-2 years of retail experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

• Product knowledge of firearms and ammunition.
• Knowledge of ATF federal and state regulations.
• Customer service and sales skills.
• Ability to merchandise and stock merchandise.

• Constant standing and walking during shift.
• Occasional ladder climbing, stairs, and repetitive motions.
• Light work, including moving objects up to 20 pounds constantly and occasional lifting of heavier objects.
