Job Title: Bakery Clerk

At Tony's Fresh Market, we're committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. As a Bakery Clerk, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our bakery department runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Mix and measure ingredients to prepare dough and batter for various bakery products.
  • Operate bakery equipment, such as mixers and ovens, to produce high-quality baked goods.
  • Prepare and package bakery products for display and sale.
  • Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and making recommendations on bakery products.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Assist with inventory management, including ordering and stocking bakery supplies.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Basic kitchen skills and experience working in a bakery environment preferred.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus.
Working Conditions:

The Bakery Clerk will work in a fast-paced environment, standing for long periods and lifting up to 25 pounds. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a team setting and maintain a positive attitude in a dynamic environment.
