About the Role
  • We are looking for skilled LPNs/LVNs to provide one-on-one care to our patients, assisting them with transitioning from hospital to home and delivering continuous care as needed.
  • As a Private Duty Nurse, you will work closely with our patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to develop personalized care plans that address each patient's unique needs and goals.
The Ideal Candidate
  • Must be an active, unencumbered LPN/LVN licensed in the state where they will practice.
  • Current CPR certification from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association is required.
  • Six months of prior hands-on nursing experience is preferred but not necessary.
  • You must have reliable transportation and be able to travel to patient locations.
