Human Capital Development Specialist

**Job Overview:**
We are looking for a dedicated and results-driven individual to fill the role of Human Capital Development Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs to enhance employee performance and overall business success.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of adult learning principles, have excellent communication and presentation skills, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver training content, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement training plans and strategies to address business needs
- Create and deliver training content, including presentations, manuals, and online resources
- Evaluate training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify training needs and develop content
- Manage training budgets and resources
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of experience in training and development or a related field
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office and LMS software
Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 per year
