Forensic Psychologist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Forensic Psychologist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting forensic evaluations, providing expert testimony, and developing and delivering court-ordered evaluations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct forensic evaluations, including competency to proceed evaluations
• Develop and deliver court-ordered evaluations, including written reports and expert testimony
• Collaborate with other professionals, including attorneys, judges, and law enforcement
• Stay up-to-date with current trends and research in forensic psychology

Requirements:

• Current, valid licensure as a Psychologist from the Colorado State Board of Psychologist Examiners
• One (1) year of experience as a licensed psychologist or permitted psychologist candidate
• Valid licensure as a Psychologist

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the area of Forensic Evaluations
• Experience in conducting and writing evaluations of competency to proceed

Working Conditions:

This position may be required to travel throughout Colorado to meet the needs of the department.
