Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Forensic Psychologist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting forensic evaluations, providing expert testimony, and developing and delivering court-ordered evaluations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct forensic evaluations, including competency to proceed evaluations
- Develop and deliver court-ordered evaluations, including written reports and expert testimony
- Collaborate with other professionals, including attorneys, judges, and law enforcement
- Stay up-to-date with current trends and research in forensic psychology
Requirements:
- Current, valid licensure as a Psychologist from the Colorado State Board of Psychologist Examiners
- One (1) year of experience as a licensed psychologist or permitted psychologist candidate
- Valid licensure as a Psychologist
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the area of Forensic Evaluations
- Experience in conducting and writing evaluations of competency to proceed
Working Conditions:
This position may be required to travel throughout Colorado to meet the needs of the department.
