Immediate Opening: Quality Assurance Inspector

Accurate Personnel is actively seeking a Quality Assurance Inspector to oversee inspection processes. This role involves conducting systematic evaluations and tests on materials, in-process goods, and final products.

The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of quality assurance principles, experience in manufacturing settings, and proficiency in interpreting product specifications.


Compensation, Schedule, and Location
  • Starting pay ranges from $16 to $20 per hour, with weekly payments
  • Comprehensive benefits package including Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage
  • Available shifts: 1st and 2nd

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the presence of the Purchase Order Inspection Book (POIB) on the Inspection Table before production starts.
  • Confirm that line clearance is completed prior to initiating a new job.
  • Utilize precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and height gauges for dimensional assessments.
  • Prepare and manage all inspection tools and equipment as outlined in the Control Plan.
  • Conduct inspections to verify product compliance with the Control Plan during all start-up processes.
  • Collaborate with the Lead Operator and Machine Operators to ensure adherence to Inspection Procedures.
  • Perform scheduled inspections and document results on the In-Process Inspection Report.
  • Address any quality issues with machinery and communicate findings to the Shift Foreman.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • At least one year of experience in quality assurance within a production environment
  • Strong knowledge of quality assurance practices and manufacturing processes
  • Ability to read and utilize a ruler or tape measure
  • Capability to lift and/or move up to 40 pounds occasionally
  • Physical ability to bend, crouch, walk, stand, push, and sit as needed
  • Proficient in English, both spoken and written, to follow instructions and prepare reports
