At Kids Care Home Health, we are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Home Health Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care to infants, children, and adolescents in their homes.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care to infants, children, and adolescents in their homes, following a physician's orders and adhering to state, federal, and national accreditation commission regulations.
  • Perform comprehensive patient assessments, administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies as ordered by the physician, and document timely, clear, and accurate clinical notes.
  • Notify the RN Case Manager of any changes in the patient's condition and provide education to patients and their families on specific details of diagnosis, treatment, and prevention.
  • Collaborate with other professional disciplines to ensure that patients are receiving quality care, necessary to achieve, and exceed individual goals.
Qualifications:
  • Current State Registered Nursing License or compact license where applicable.
  • One (1) Year Home Health Experience.
  • One (1) Year Pediatric Experience.
  • Current CPR Certification.
  • Reliable Transportation.
Physical Demands/Working Environment:

The position regularly requires bending, reaching, standing, stooping, sitting, twisting, talking, and hearing. The ability to push and pull 50 pounds, support 50 pounds of weight, and lift 50 pounds is also required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
