About the RoleThe Occupational Therapist will be responsible for assessing and evaluating patient care needs related to functional status, activities of daily living, fine motor coordination, home assessments, and adaptive equipment. Based on this assessment and evaluation, the Occupational Therapist will help determine a treatment plan, perform interventions aimed at improving and enhancing the patient's well-being, and evaluate the patient's progress.
Responsibilities- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patient care needs
- Determine treatment plans and implement interventions to improve patient outcomes
- Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Current Occupational Therapy licensure in the state of Washington
- Current CPR certification
- Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle, or public transportation
