Stockroom Associate

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Stockroom Associate to join our team at Three Bears Alaska Inc. As a Stockroom Associate, you will be responsible for receiving, storing, and stocking merchandise in our warehouse and store locations.

• Receive and process incoming merchandise, including checking for damage and verifying inventory counts.
• Store and organize merchandise in a safe and efficient manner, ensuring that products are easily accessible and facing the correct direction.
• Stock shelves and floor displays with merchandise, maintaining a visually appealing and well-organized store environment.
• Assist with inventory management, including counting and reconciling inventory levels, and reporting any discrepancies to management.
• Operate a forklift or pallet jack to move merchandise around the warehouse and store locations.
• Perform other duties as assigned, including assisting with customer service and answering phone calls.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or stockroom environment preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
