We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Willow Tree Care Center. As a nurse leader, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents and supporting our Director of Nursing in their responsibilities.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary, benefits, and opportunities for professional growth and development. Our RNs work closely with our care team to provide personalized care plans that cater to the unique needs of each resident.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct care to residents, including administering medications and completing resident assessments
  • Support the Director of Nursing in their responsibilities and take on leadership roles as needed
  • Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices in senior care

Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program
  • Valid, unrestricted RN license in the state
  • Maintain CEU requirements
  • Computer skills
  • Love for seniors
